Most custom engagement rings take approximately four to six weeks from final design approval. Timing can vary with design complexity, diamond availability and requested changes. For shorter timeframes, an urgent priority service may be available for faster production, and a loan ring option can sometimes be arranged while the principal ring is being completed.
Can I use my own diamond or gemstone?
Yes. We can assess an existing diamond or gemstone and discuss whether it is suitable for the chosen design. Sentimental or heirloom jewellery may also be considered for remodelling.
Which diamond shapes are most popular?
Round, oval, emerald, pear and cushion cuts remain popular. The right shape depends on your preferred style, finger proportions, setting and budget.
How much should I budget?
There is no fixed amount. We help you balance diamond size, quality, setting and metal according to the priorities that matter most to you.
Do diamonds include certification?
Certified diamonds are supplied with documentation from recognised grading laboratories where applicable, including GIA, HRD and IGI. We also explain the cut, colour, clarity and carat weight before you decide.
Can the ring be resized later?
Most engagement rings can be resized, although some intricate or full-band designs have limitations. Professional finger measurement is recommended before production, and one complimentary resize is available within the first year.

Which metals are available?
Options include platinum, white gold, yellow gold and rose gold. We do not use low-grade commercial alloys. Our 18ct gold is produced using 75% pure gold, 18% palladium and 7% pure silver, and for other metals we use the highest suitable purity and fineness for the intended design.
Do you provide aftercare?
Ongoing aftercare includes professional cleaning, inspections, maintenance guidance, lifetime cleaning and lifetime diamond service support to help keep the ring looking its best.
